Singapore Idol auditions

The Singapore Idol auditions was yesterday, I was planning to go down with my legions of supporters then I realized the queue would be freaking long and I would crush the competition easily. So I changed my mind and decided to just sit down and wait for the Record Companies come so I can audition them.

If you want to read a more boring analysis of the event. Check out this dude.

Nana sings at… I can’t remember where now, but one of the pubs/lounges at one of those hip club locales like Boat Quay or Clarke Quay or whatever, so I’d say she hasn’t disappeared completely. I saw an ad in a magazine last time with her picture, saying she was singing there. So obviously she must draw some crowds.

Anyway the TV and papers were whoring the Idol auditions yesterday. Quite puke-wrenching really. I mean, hullo, does anyone care? And yes, still none of them can sing. Will Steven Lim be there this year? Let’s take a bet…

to my knowledge, nana is performing at bar none now. isn’t that weird? she’s working side by side with former SI judge, Douglas Oliveiro! she must be doing quite well now.. gd for her, though I wish she’d be back for the 2nd season.

    Yes, that’s it - Bar None! Now I recall…

Btw, to the red ranger, happy belated valentine’s! I know you must have spent it virtual-kissing Taufik on your website. And on “other issues”, don’t fret - I accept concubines. Applications are always open. Simply e-mail me. lol

The site was having issues (because it’s a “she”), but I’ve persuaded it to get back up, and at a different locale. :)
“Jessica Alba? Isn’t she your favourite star?” - quote from the lame Tiger Beer commercial. She looked pissed in it the entire time too. What a flop!
