The place is pretty awesome, but the first time I set my eyes on AMK Hub’s logo and I was like OMGWTFBBQ?! Who the hell designed that logo? Must be some underpaid HDB staff spending 10 minutes churning it out in MS Paint.

Nice, but wait a minute, what the hell is that instrument?

The theremin is one of the earliest fully electronic musical instruments. It was invented by Russian inventor Léon Theremin in 1919, and it is unique in that it was the first musical instrument designed to be played without being touched. Lazy movie reviewer day

I was wrong. THIS is the movie you must watch 2007!

One of the most enjoyable movie I’ve been to lately; Crime, Comedy, Action, Thriller, Horror all rolled into one. Hot Fuzz (slang) introduces us to Nicholas Angel, an overachiever cop in London, with an arrest record 400% higher than any other officer on the force. In order not to make them look bad, his superiors ‘promoted’ him to a seemingly peaceful and quiet Sandford village.

Series of accidents start occuring and as Angel investigates, Sandford “Village of the Year” is not really what it seems…YADA YADA BLAH BLAH.

Anyway, we went to the recently opened AMK Hub (whose logo is so ugly it deserves a post on its own) and I don’t know if this is done anywhere else but when we got our tickets, we bought popcorn and drinks and the guy told us it would be delivered to us at our seats when the movie starts.

That’s just awesome service.
