Okay I know this song has already been released for more than one year but considering I barely listen to any Chinese music these days, you must understand my position. I heard the song’s chorus on some guy’s ringtone and from that moment I just can’t get it out of my head.
For the past few days, I went around humming the song to almost every single friend and not one knew the title. I’d like to blame that on the song being released so long ago and not my lack of musical talents.
Lo and behold! I found this another friend who was using it as his ringtone and now the song’s playing on my iTunes over and over again. Yes, I’m special that way. 
I was no stranger to the mandarin and cantopop scene a couple of years back. Lately I’ve cut down from hearing some of those mushy and predictable love songs. Surely, Sam Lee’s got a good voice, but don’t you think Zui Jin sounds like another one of his usual all-too-familiar lovey dovey tunes. And the lyrics are really lame and way too colloquial. You bet I can write better lyrics!
Yes I know and I totally agree with you on the predictability of almost all the Chinese love songs out there.
The thing is, I just can’t get this tune out of my head. AHHH.
